The TOATS-2 Automatic Transfer Switch is engineered for dependable dual‑source power management. It operates as a PC‑class infrequent changeover switch designed for AC 50–60Hz systems and rated currents between 6A and 63A. Its two‑station layout uses Power A as the primary source and automatically shifts to Power B when the main supply becomes unavailable.
This rapid response—typically under 75 milliseconds—helps minimize disruptions caused by outages. When both power sources are active, the unit defaults to Power A, allowing your setup to function as efficiently as possible.
In everyday operation, the selector should remain in electric mode for consistent performance. Manual mode is intended for inspection or maintenance and should only be engaged when all power sources have been safely disconnected. This prevents unnecessary wear on silver contacts caused by uneven manual switching speeds.
Once manual tasks are complete, returning the selector to automatic mode allows the control circuit to resume normal function. The internal coil is built to operate reliably within 85–110% of its rated voltage range, though insufficient voltage may lead to overheating or coil damage.
For clarity and safety, always ensure the selector switch is fully set to “manual” when performing manual operation.
This compact design makes installation straightforward, fitting cleanly into standard DIN rail setups used in residential, commercial, and generator‑supported applications.
With its durable construction and reliable relay control, this device provides the power assurance required for sensitive equipment, backup generators, and day‑to‑day electrical stability.
Give your electrical system the protection it deserves and keep your power flowing with confidence.
