Infrared Gate Safety Beam Sensor Pair

Add a beam-interruption input to a compatible automatic gate or door controller. This photocell set uses a separate infrared transmitter and receiver, with battery power at the transmitter.

✅ Provide an event when the aligned beam is interrupted - The receiver's relay output gives the matched controller a signal from the beam check.

✅ Avoid a transmitter power cable across the opening - The transmitter uses two AAA cells while the receiver has its own low-voltage DC supply.

Integrate the Beam with the Complete Controller

The photocell is an input component: the door or gate controller determines the response to the interrupted beam. Choose it around the controller's supported input and the required arrangement for the complete installation.

Have a competent installer match the alignment, power, contact configuration and functional checks to the operator's instructions. A single beam does not establish that the full gate system is safe, so retain the other protection and checks the installation requires.
