Device activation method:

Step 1: Insert the device into the SIM card

The SIM card requires compatibility with 4G or 2G networks, activation of GPRS, availability of phone bills, and SMS functionality

Step 2: Connect the device to the car battery to maintain long-term power supply. Connect the red wire to the positive+pole of the battery, the black wire to the negative pole, and the orange wire to the car ACC ON,

If choice the relay ,so connect relay way as follows:

The device white wire connect relay yellow wire,relay white wire connect the car power positive+,cut off the pump wire ,relay green wire connect to engine side, relay another green wire connect to fuel pump side.

Step 3: Drive the car outdoors to receive the signal, log in to the app: DAGPS to check the location. The device has updated its positioning.

Common problem solutions:

1.The device is not online?

Scenario 1: There is a reply to the mobile SMS, but the app is not online

Send a text message command to the SIM card of the device using a mobile phone. The command content is: smslink123456. The phone has received a location message with a Google link, but the app is not online.

Solution: Send the instruction to modify APN to the SIM card of the device. The instruction template is APN123456+space+Apn name ( APN name pls ask the sim card company ,for example tell you the apn name is ABC,so send APN123456 ABC) (If have the APN user name and password, need plus APN user name and password behind the APN name)

Then send reboot123456, restart the device, and the device will go online on the app

Scenario 2: There is no response to the SMS command sent on the mobile phone, and the app is not online

1. Reason for the sim card: Please verify if the inserted SIM card is compatible with 4G or 2G, and if there is still a balance for GPRS and phone bills?

2. Is the device powered off? Please ensure that the car battery is connected to maintain long-term power supply

3. The car is parked indoors or in an underground parking lot, causing the device to be unable to search for signals and unable to go online.
