6S 7S 8S 24 V BMS Board for Li-ion and LiFePO4, 50 A to 130 A

Building a 24 V pack for a caravan, an inverter or a backup supply means matching the protection board to the cells and the load. This board family covers 6S and 7S Li-ion packs and 8S LiFePO4 packs, with continuous ratings of 50 A, 100 A or 130 A. It suits DIY battery builders.

Start with the chemistry: Li-ion cells at 3.7 V want six or seven in series for a 24 V pack, while LiFePO4 at 3.2 V wants eight. Then read the continuous current your inverter, pump or motor draws, and pick the nearest rating above that figure.

The heat sink is the other difference: the 50 A and 100 A versions ship with one, the 130 A version without. Check the clearance above your mounting point on the heat-sinked boards before you drill anything.

This is a protection board, not a charger and not an inverter. You still need a charger suited to your cell count and chemistry, and the wiring, fusing and enclosure for the pack stay part of your own build.

Seven options are offered across cell count and current, so order the exact combination your pack needs rather than assuming one board covers all three ratings.
