Weigh, reset and add the next ingredient
Place the scale on a flat, stable surface and position your bowl on the platform. Use the tare control to return the display to zero before adding an ingredient. Reset again for the next addition when you want to measure a recipe in one bowl, keeping the total load within the scale's capacity.
The unit button switches the display between grams, millilitres, pounds and ounces, and fluid ounces. Check the selected mode before measuring. The raised platform and front display keep the weighing area separate from the two controls.
Fit three AAA batteries before use; they are not included. Remove the protective film from the platform and wipe the surface after food preparation without immersing the scale. One silver 10kg scale and instructions are supplied; bowls and food in the photographs are not included.
