Measure the part from more than one side
Use the main jaws for outside measurements, the smaller jaws for inside measurements and the extending rod for depth. Keep the measuring surfaces clean and seat them squarely without excessive force.
The stainless steel beam and jaws are paired with a plastic display housing. The screen has millimetre/inch selection and a zero button for reference checks. Display increments are not the same as a verified calibration accuracy, so no laboratory-precision guarantee is made.
The set includes one caliper, storage case and small screwdriver. An LR44 battery is required but not included. No confirmed ingress-protection rating is available, so keep the electronic housing dry despite the water-themed illustration.
