Connect the Source to the Screen in the Right Direction

The signal direction is DisplayPort to DVI only, not DVI to DisplayPort. Match the full-size DP and DVI-D connectors and the supported video mode on both devices; USB-C or Mini DisplayPort sockets require a different connection arrangement.
