12 V PTC Air Heating Element

Small heated enclosures need a controlled heat source, not a room heater. This PTC element is a component for an enclosed warming assembly, in 50, 100 and 150 W versions.

A controlled heat source for an enclosure

PTC elements are not a drop-in replacement for a thermostat: the assembly needs a suitable enclosure, thermal protection and a supply matched to the element's rating. Do not power it outside an enclosure or leave it unattended while testing.

Check the voltage and current of each version against your supply before wiring, and use insulation and a fuse appropriate to the build. This is a component for a designed heating project, not a room or cabinet heater for general use.
