Q: Which connector do I need — round or square?

A: Look at the power port on your machine. AirSense 10 / S10 / AirCurve 10 use the round barrel connector (∅7.4mm).

AirSense 11 / S11 use the square connector. Still unsure? Send us a photo of your machine's power port.

Q: Does the AC adapter work in my country?

A: Yes. Input range is 100-240V AC, 50/60Hz — it works worldwide. Just select the correct wall plug type

(US/EU/UK/AU).

Q: What does "A10 to A11 Tip" mean? Is it two pieces?

A: No. This SKU is one single DC adapter. The product photo shows it from different angles — it is NOT a set of two.

Please read carefully before ordering.

Q: Can I use the DC charger with any car?

A: Yes, any standard 12V cigarette lighter socket. However, the socket must supply at least 8.3A at 12V. If your car

socket is fused below 10A, it may blow the fuse. For trucks with 24V sockets, the minimum is 4A.

Q: Is this an original ResMed product?

A: This is a compatible third-party charger built to the same electrical specifications as the original ResMed 370006

/ DA-90F24 adapter. It is not manufactured by ResMed.
