A mechanical backup for a compatible garage opener
The lock mounts through a suitable door panel, with its cable connected to the opener's release mechanism. When properly fitted, unlocking the cylinder allows the cable to disengage the opener for manual door operation.
Compatibility depends on the pull-down release arrangement, panel thickness and cable routing. Check these against your opener before ordering; this is not a universal motor replacement.
