1.5 A Active Battery Balancer Board, 3S to 21S Lithium
Cells inside a pack drift apart as they age, and a passive board only burns off the difference as heat. This capacitive balancer moves charge between cells, with nine series versions from 3S to 21S and up to 1.5 A of balancing current. It suits pack builders, e-bike repairs and bench maintenance.

On the bench, the board takes the matching lead and works on its own: connect it across the pack, leave it to equalise, and disconnect when the cells settle. Nothing needs a phone, a laptop or a settings file, which is what makes it useful in a workshop with several packs on the go.
The 1.5 A figure is a ceiling rather than a fixed rate. Balancing current falls as the voltage difference between cells closes and as resistance in the wiring rises, so a badly drifted pack draws more at the start and almost nothing near the end. That is normal behaviour for this circuit, not a fault.
Match the series count to the pack rather than the other way round: the nine versions cover 3S, 4S, 5S, 6S, 7S, 8S, 14S, 17S and 21S groups, and the board is wired across the whole string. It equalises cells and does not replace a protection board or a charger.
It can sit inside a battery pack or outside it for maintenance work, so the same board can serve a build during assembly and then a repair job months later.
