Let a compatible water pump respond to changing pipe pressure rather than switching it by hand. This mechanical pressure switch controls pump start and stop at pressure thresholds. It is for installers matching a replacement switch to a self-priming, jet or garden-pump system.

✅ Restart as pressure falls — The switch closes the control circuit at its lower threshold in a correctly configured system.
✅ Stop pumping at the upper threshold — Pressure-operated switching cuts the circuit when the set upper limit is reached.
✅ Keep the wiring enclosed — The removable cover houses the switching mechanism and electrical connections.
✅ Match an existing pump fitting — The threaded pressure port connects to a suitable system connection.

Pressure-based start and stop for compatible pumps

The switch reacts to system pressure rather than using a digital display or remote app. In a correctly matched installation, falling pressure starts the pump and rising pressure stops it at the upper threshold, reducing the need for repeated manual operation.

Check the actual switching settings, electrical ratings and thread standard against your pump system before fitting. It is not a complete pump, a pressure gauge or a verified dry-running protection device.

The black housing has separate cable entries and a threaded pressure connection. Fit and test it as part of the full pump control arrangement with supplies isolated during installation. IP44 is stated; the unit must not be immersed.
