ZK-SMC05 Stepper & Servo Pulse Controller, Colour Display

Set direction and pulse speed at the machine instead of relying on a bare signal board. The ZK-SMC05 controller works with compatible pulse-input stepper or servo drives. It is for automation builders who need a local control panel for a matched motor-drive system.

Put pulse control at the machine

The SMC05 supplies control signals to a compatible motor drive; it is not a complete motor-and-driver package. Check the drive's input requirements against the controller's common-anode connection and collector-output arrangement before wiring.

Use the local keys and dial to select a motion mode, direction and pulse setting, with the screen showing the current state. The interface offers English and Chinese. Four output channels, four limit inputs and three expansion-button inputs provide connection points for a custom machine layout.

Provide a suitable 12–24 V supply and the matching drive, motor and wiring separately. The controller does not replace a machine's independently planned safety controls. Communications and wireless accessories should be confirmed for the exact supplied revision rather than assumed from the gallery.

The controller is the local interface; motors, drivers, phones and computers shown are separate equipment.
