60-Minute Mechanical Kitchen Timer with Bell Alarm

A loaf goes in and the phone timer is in another room. This mechanical kitchen timer winds by hand, counts up to sixty minutes and rings a bell when the time is up. No battery, no charging. For bakers, cooks and anyone timing homework at the kitchen table.

A wind-up timer that needs no battery

✅ No battery to replace The movement is mechanical and winds by hand, so there is no cell to change between one bake and the next.

✅ Set it and leave the kitchen Turn the dial, walk away, and the bell calls you back when the loaf, the stew or the steeping tea is due.

✅ An hour on one dial Any time from one minute to sixty can be set, which covers a short steep or a long roast.

✅ A bell, not a beep The ring comes from a mechanical bell, which carries over a hob and an extractor fan better than a phone speaker.

✅ Six versions to pick from Six variants are offered and they are not described separately, so choose the look you want on the counter.

Winding is the part that catches people out. Turn the dial clockwise to zero first, then back to the time you want; set straight to the number and the bell can ring almost at once.

A mechanical movement is not a stopwatch. The maker notes that a ring within about three minutes of zero is normal, so a two-minute egg will not be timed to the second.

A phone timer works until the phone is under a tea towel in another room. This sits on the counter with the dial in sight, needs no battery, and rings whether or not a phone is nearby.

Each pack holds one timer. CE / EU marking is stated, and the six variants are not described separately, so pick on looks rather than on function.
