TP-3 Thermal Pad Sheet, 100 x 100 mm

Cut a thermal-interface pad to the contact area required by a compatible electronics repair. The TP-3 sheet offers a soft silicone-based format in three thicknesses.

Use the Thickness Specified for the Device

Check the original service requirements before replacing a thermal pad. The gap and mounting pressure determine the correct thickness; thinner is not automatically better if it leaves a gap.

The very soft sheet needs careful handling during installation. Keep the contact surfaces clean, remove the protective film as directed and avoid stretching the pad.
