A direct view with two ways to record

Place the microscope flat against a suitable surface within its short imaging distance. Autofocus and the screen make it straightforward to inspect a small area at your workspace.

Internal photos can be reviewed or deleted on the device but cannot be downloaded. For downloadable photos and video, connect a compatible computer and save files there; device buttons are inactive in computer mode.
