A simple countdown at the garden tap

The dial provides a single watering countdown, with marked periods from 15 to 120 minutes. It is not a programmable daily scheduler: start a new timed session when you want another watering period.

The lettered options are different hardware packages. A is the basic timer; B adds a body with two manual side outlets, while C pairs the timer with a two-way splitter. D includes an angled connector. E, F, G and H add one connector, labelled 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 and 3/4 inch respectively.

J, K, L and M pair the timer with a four-way splitter and four connectors. J shows 1/8-inch barbs, K 3/8-inch barbed connectors, L 1/2-inch connectors and M a different 3/8-inch connector design. Match the actual connector style in the selected option picture as well as its nominal size.

One selected package is supplied, not every arrangement pictured. The hose, sprinklers, drip line and tap in the use examples are separate. Check thread compatibility and test the assembled connection and shut-off before leaving a timed session unattended.

Splitters and connection pieces vary by option; not every package includes this arrangement.

Leave space for the timer body and the hose beneath the tap.
