Water Solenoid Valve G3/4 15 mm, DC 12/24 V or AC 220 V, NC or NO
A washing machine that will not stop filling usually has a worn inlet valve. This G3/4 valve has a 15 mm port and comes normally closed or normally open, with a coil for DC 12 V, DC 24 V or AC 220 V. For appliance repair and water lines switched by a signal.
A valve that opens on a signal, not a tap
✅ Replaces a failed inlet When an appliance keeps taking water, the inlet valve is the part that sits in the flow.
✅ Ice makers and dispensers An ice machine or a drinks dispenser uses the same part to start and stop its feed.
✅ Service call, one part A plumber carrying both forms and the three stock voltages finishes the job without a second visit.
✅ Open or closed at rest Normally closed stays shut until the coil is powered; normally open does the opposite.
✅ Coil turns to clear The coil rotates against the body in 90-degree steps, so the terminals clear a cabinet wall.
Two versions look the same and are not interchangeable. The pressure type is rated 0.02 to 0.8 MPa and carries a filter in the inlet; the non-pressure type works at 0 to 0.01 MPa, up to 0.02, and has no filter. A drain line or an empty tank takes the non-pressure type, while a mains-fed line takes the pressure type.
The medium matters as much as the pressure: the valve is for purified and drinking water, not for acid, alkaline, thick or viscous liquids. The body is plastic and the port is G3/4, the 15 mm thread found on washing machine inlets and on many small appliances.
Coils in stock are DC 12 V, DC 24 V and AC 220 V; other voltages such as DC 6 V, AC 12 V or AC 110 V are made to order. The 220 V option is the non-pressure type and runs with noise and jitter, which is worth knowing before fitting it in a kitchen or behind a bedroom wall.
