898D Standalone Water Leak Alarm, 1, 2 or 3 Pack
Add a local sound alert near a sink or appliance without setting up an app. The 898D water-contact alarm works independently with a separate 9 V battery. It is for households placing an extra audible check at a suitable floor-level water contact point.

A local alarm at the place water collects
Place the unit on a suitable surface where leaked water could reach the contacts underneath. It responds to contact at its own location, rather than monitoring a whole room or pipe system. Choose a position where you can test and maintain it.
The audible alarm is local only: there are no confirmed phone notifications, remote monitoring or automatic water shut-off. Hearing it depends on distance, doors and background noise. It cannot guarantee that every leak will be signalled or prevent water damage.
Select one, two or three units; each needs its own 9 V 6F22 battery, excluded from the package. A manual is listed with the alarm. Check operation after fitting batteries and as instructed during use. Keep the housing and electronics clear of immersion, and investigate water contact rather than relying on an alarm alone.
