HT633 Pin-Type Wood & Building Material Moisture Meter
Compare moisture readings before deciding whether timber or suitable building material needs further drying. The HT633 pin-type meter also measures ambient temperature and humidity. It is for DIY users and tradespeople recording conditions across several test points.

Measure the material and note the surrounding conditions
The two pins use electrical resistance to assess moisture in suitable wood or building materials. Select the matching profile from the manual before measuring, because the displayed result depends on the material curve. The pins contact and can mark the tested surface; this is not a pinless scanner.
Current, maximum, minimum and multi-point average functions help compare different test positions. Ambient temperature and relative humidity give additional context, but the readings do not identify the cause of moisture or certify that material is ready for a particular installation.
The red, orange and green backlight provides a further indication alongside the number. Use the material-specific guidance rather than treating one colour as a universal acceptance threshold. Three AAA batteries are required and are not included; the package contains the meter, bag, two spare pins, fitting wrench and English manual.
