Choose by measurement, then fine-tune the fit
Thread your arms through the shoulder loops and fasten the lower wrap at the front. Use the additional pull straps to refine the fit without forcing your shoulders backwards. The crossed arrangement links the shoulder sections to the lower band, providing a physical reminder as you go about seated tasks.
Measure around your torso just below the chest before choosing a size. The underbust guide is S: 60–80 cm, M: 70–90 cm, L: 80–100 cm and XL: 95–110 cm. The overlapping ranges allow adjustment; choose for your measurements and a comfortable fit rather than assuming your usual clothing size.
