SG90 Servo Tester Kit with Battery Holder

A servo that has not been tested before assembly can waste an evening. This kit provides a tester and a battery holder, so a small servo can be checked and centred before it goes into a model.

✅ Check a servo before fitting it - The tester drives the servo through its movement, so a faulty unit is found before assembly.

✅ Centre the horn before mounting - Running the servo to its centre position makes the linkage easier to fit straight.

✅ Power it from a separate holder - A battery holder supplies the servo without drawing from the model's electronics.

Test the servo, then build

Connect the servo with the correct polarity and move it through its range without a load first. Fit the horn at centre, then connect the linkage and test again under load.

Do not stall the servo against its end stops for long; that is where a small servo heats and strips gears. Check the battery state before a test run so a weak supply is not mistaken for a faulty servo.
