Stainless Steel Moka Pot for Stovetop Espresso, 2 to 9 Cups
Coffee from a moka pot is a five-minute habit, and the pot has to suit the number of cups you pour. This stainless steel stovetop pot brews on a gas ring and comes in four sizes from 100 to 450 ml. It suits anyone who wants espresso-strength coffee without a machine on the worktop.
Espresso on the hob, in four sizes
✅ Four sizes, one brewing method Choose 100, 200, 300 or 450 ml, from one cup to a full table.
✅ Brews on a gas ring No cord needed: it sits on the hob and brews while you fetch the cups.
✅ Stainless steel body, plastic handle Steel takes the heat; the plastic handle gives you a grip when you lift the pot.
✅ Ground coffee, no capsules Spoon grounds into the funnel and level them; there is no pod to buy or bin.
✅ Warm the cups while it brews Rinse them with hot water first and the first sip stays hot.
Before the first brew, run water through the pot three times and pour each lot away. It is a short job, and after it the coffee tastes only of coffee.
Fill the base to just below the safety valve, level the ground coffee in the funnel without pressing it down, then screw the halves together. On gas, keep the flame under the base and away from the handle.
Sizes are quoted in cups, and a moka cup is a small espresso cup: the 100 ml pot fills one cup, the 450 ml pot covers a table. Match the figure to the cups you actually use rather than to the number in the name.
Pour the coffee out when it is done. The pot is for brewing, not for keeping coffee warm, and liquid left in it and heated again turns bitter.
