Folding Digital Food Thermometer with Hold Function

Read the temperature, then fold it away
Use the probe for brief temperature checks in food or suitable liquids. The display can show Celsius or Fahrenheit, so you can work in the unit used by your recipe.
Hold retains a reading for easier viewing after the probe is withdrawn. Clean the metal probe by hand after use, keep the body out of water and allow the hot probe to cool before folding it away.
Choose Black or Orange. One thermometer is supplied; the required AAA battery is not included. This is a spot-check thermometer: do not leave it in an oven or on the grill while cooking.
Check food or suitable liquids with a brief probe reading rather than leaving the thermometer in the heat.
Press Hold while measuring, then withdraw the probe to read the retained value.
The folding probe, unit selection and battery compartment keep the key functions within the handle.
