Trim the corner of a leather edge before rounding and finishing it.

Prepare Leather Corners for Edge Finishing

• ✅ Remove the sharp edge corner – The beveler trims it before rounding.
• ✅ Match the cutting width – 0.8, 1.0, 1.2 and 1.4 mm tools are available.
• ✅ Guide the cut by hand – A shaped wood handle provides the grip.

The tool is approximately 135 mm long, with a high-carbon-steel cutting section. Single-size and set options are available.

Recommended thicknesses are about 1.0–2.0 mm for No.1, 1.6–2.6 mm for No.2, 2.2–3.2 mm for No.3 and 2.8–4.0 mm for No.4. Very soft leather may not cut cleanly.
