Multimeter Test Lead Kit with Mini, Safety and Large Clips

Probing a row of terminals is quicker when the clip already fits the post. This kit pairs two PVC-insulated test leads with mini, safety and large alligator clips, so one set covers small component work and 1000 V CAT II testing. Which clip to reach for, and what each is rated for

The ratings are not shared across the kit. The leads and the safety clips are both given as 1000 V and 10 A, the large clamps as 1000 V and 32 A, but the mini clips are rated 60 V and 10 A, so keep them for low-voltage work.

The large clamps cannot be used straight from the box. They need banana-to-banana plug leads of your own, which are not part of the kit, while the two test leads and the smaller clips are ready to use.

In the pack you get two test leads, two mini clips, two safety clips and two large clamps. Plug type and shroud details are not specified, so check that the leads match the sockets on your meter before ordering. Lead colour may vary slightly from the photographs, and measurements are approximate.
