Mark first, then check the intended fit
Select the template that fits the actual pipe, wrap it around the end and trace the profile with your own suitable marker. The examples show intersecting round pipes with shaped ends. These guides assist layout; they do not cut the pipe or hold a welded joint in position.
The set is labelled DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65, DN80, DN100, DN150 and DN200. DN is a nominal designation rather than a guarantee of matching outside diameter. Check against the actual tube and intended intersection before using the marked line.
Ten orange templates are supplied. The material is stated as PU leather; do not treat the templates as heat-resistant welding fixtures or insulation. Remove them before cutting or applying heat. Pipe, cutting equipment, welding equipment and marker are excluded.
