DDS Sine and Square Wave Signal Module
Generate programmable sine or square-wave test signals with a DDS development module for a compatible host project.
✅ Set frequency through the controller - A digital tuning word provides the described frequency-setting method.
✅ Choose the waveform path - The module offers the stated sine and square output connections.
✅ Build the source into a small experiment - A development-board format lets you integrate it with a host and test fixture.
Match the chip to the frequency task
A DDS module creates a signal from a digital frequency setting. It can provide a source stage for a learning circuit or suitable bench experiment once the host sends the correct commands.
Confirm whether the supplied board is AD9850 or AD9851 before planning the usable range. Harmonics increase at higher frequencies, and the square-wave range differs from sine output; check level, filtering and load before connection.
