400 W Electric Grinder with Four Blades for Coffee and Spices
A jar of whole spices and a bag of beans want the same small machine. This 400 W grinder has four stainless steel blades, a 50 to 200 g bowl and one speed, and it grinds dry coffee, nuts, spices and grains. For a kitchen where worktop space is short.
One bowl for coffee, nuts and spices
✅ Dry goods in one bowl Coffee beans, nuts, spices and grains all go in the same chamber, so one appliance covers the spice shelf and the coffee.
✅ A batch, not a pinch The bowl takes 50 to 200 g at a time, enough for a tray of spices or coffee for several mornings.
✅ One speed, short bursts A single speed gear leaves one decision: run it briefly, stop, and check the texture before going further.
✅ Wipe, do not wash The chamber is brushed out or wiped with a cloth after use; water in the machine is the one thing to avoid.
✅ Nuts, dry-fried first Walnuts, peanuts and sesame grind better after a short dry fry, which lowers the oil the blades push through.
Anything with moisture in it stays out of this machine: vegetables, fruit, meat, bones, dried meat, woody medicinal roots and branches are beyond what it handles, and damp material clings to the blades instead of falling into flour.
The motor and the stainless steel bowl warm up in use, and long continuous runs are what the advice warns against. Work in short sessions, let the unit rest between them, and unplug it once the bowl is empty.
For a first run, dry rice cleans the chamber and shows how quickly the texture changes. Afterwards, tip the flour out and brush the chamber and lid; washing it under the tap is out.
Two versions are sold and the one chosen at checkout is the one supplied. The grinder arrives on its own, so a small brush for the chamber is worth having ready before the first batch.
