Match the Audio Inputs and Ground Terminal

Connect the RCA channels to the correct inputs and use the ground lead only as directed by the equipment instructions. The ground connection may help with some turntable hum arrangements, but it is not a universal noise cure.

A turntable may need a phono input or separate preamplifier. This cable does not perform that conversion or connect an amplifier directly to passive speaker terminals.
