Light-Chasing Robot Soldering Kit
Build a small light-chasing robot and watch a soldered circuit turn a changing light input into movement.
✅ See the circuit move - Vibration motors provide visible motion when the assembled robot operates.
✅ Explore a light-sensitive response - Light sensors let you compare the behaviour as the lighting changes.
✅ Practise assembling a complete small circuit - The kit combines the PCB and listed components into one building activity.
Let the test begin after the soldering
Sort the parts and follow the supplied assembly order, paying attention to the orientation of sensors and transistors. Inspect the solder joints before fitting power so the first test starts with the circuit prepared.
Try a clear work surface and change the light position gradually while observing the response. Compare one change at a time rather than moving everything together, making it easier to connect the circuit's behaviour with the sensor input.
