Prepare the binding layers before tightening

A bookbinding press provides opposing plates for holding a suitable assembly together. Position the work appropriately between them and adjust the threaded posts as required by your binding process.

Compare the two- and three-layer versions with the task and workspace before selecting. Follow a pressing method appropriate to the paper, binding materials and adhesive rather than applying the same pressure to every project.
