There are two builds here, and the option menu is where you choose between them. The plain fans are PS plastic with hot-stamped patterns; the LED fan is lace cloth over a plastic frame with a battery box, lit in pink, purple, warm white or cold white.

For a performance the pattern matters less than the movement. The fan opens with a flick of the wrist, holds its round shape through the turn and closes to a stick you can hold against the palm, which is what a fan dance and a wide hanfu sleeve both rely on.

Sizing is the question before buying. The plain fan folds to 23 cm and opens to 42 cm across; the LED fan is given as 9 inches folded and 16.7 inches open, so it is the smaller of the two. Check which one your costume calls for, because they are not the same prop.

One caveat on colour: the product data notes that screen settings change how the red, black and stamped finishes look, so expect a shade difference rather than an exact match to the photos. The pack holds one fan, and any second fan is a separate order.
