Hold the sensor consistently when comparing airflow at different positions, such as near a ventilation outlet and farther into the room. Record the location with the reading so the result remains useful later.
For airflow calculations, enter the correct area and follow the meter's instructions rather than treating air speed alone as volume flow. The small battery-powered body is easy to move between checking points, with automatic shut-off for gaps between sessions.
