Compare Components Under the Same Conditions

Two components are easier to compare when the test frequency, level and connection method are kept consistent. A dedicated LCR meter lets you set those conditions, then read and record the value before deciding how the part fits the project.

Perform the required open/short calibration and fully discharge components before connection. Remove circuit power and follow the meter's procedure for in-circuit work. This is a component tester, not a meter for applying probes to live mains.
