A wired sounder for a compatible door-entry circuit
The white sounder is the audible part of a doorbell arrangement. It needs the correct DC supply and a compatible external trigger; it is not a wireless transmitter-and-receiver kit and does not include a door push.
The illustrated connections identify red as positive supply and black as ground, with separate bell-trigger connections. Verify the markings and instructions on the supplied unit before wiring, and isolate the supply while making connections.
Choose a mounting point where the chime can be heard in your intended room. Walls, doors and background noise affect audibility, so the quoted sound level should not be treated as a whole-building coverage guarantee. One chime is supplied; power supply, switch and installation cabling are separate.
