M51 Push-to-Talk Adapter with ICOM Radio Interface

Place a radio talk button where you can reach it on your clothing or equipment. This M51 adapter combines an ICOM-style radio interface with a Nexus TP-120 NATO headset connection for compatible communication setups.

• ✅ Reach the talk control easily — The button activates voice input on a compatible radio setup.
• ✅ Keep the control on your gear — A clip attaches the adapter in a convenient position.
• ✅ Connect a compatible headset — The headset side uses the specified NATO TP-120 format.
• ✅ Add the adapter separately — The accessory joins an existing compatible radio and headset system.

Match Both Ends of Your Radio Setup

Check the exact radio plug and headset wiring before choosing the adapter. An ICOM label alone does not establish compatibility with every ICOM radio or every headset using a similar plug.

The package contains one M51 ICOM adapter. It does not include the headset, radio or finger-extension button, and it does not add wireless radio capability on its own.
