Battery Adapter with Clamps for Makita 18 V Packs

Connect a supported Makita-style battery pack to an appropriately rated external arrangement. This accessory combines a battery-mount adapter and red/black clamp leads; it contains no battery.

Match the Load to the Battery's Actual Output

• ✅ Use a matching battery-mount interface - The adapter provides the specified mechanical connection for the supported tool-battery family.
• ✅ Identify the two lead connections - Red and black clamps distinguish the connection points in a correctly designed circuit.
• ✅ Switch the lead connection - An inline rocker provides an accessible on/off control for the correctly specified circuit.

Specified battery families include BL1850B, BL1860B, BL1840B, BL1830B, BL1820B and BL1815. Check the exact battery fit and the complete electrical arrangement before connecting a load.

An 18 V tool battery must not be treated as a regulated 12 V vehicle supply. Use this component only where the complete system is designed for the actual battery output and has the required protection; do not connect it directly to a vehicle battery based on the clamp format alone.

The adapter, switched lead and clamps connect to a matching battery interface; no tool battery is supplied.
