Plan each channel before fitting the lights

A stair sequence needs the controller channels to follow the actual order of the steps. Plan the cable routing and connect each light to the correct numbered output before configuring the sequence.

Use compatible DC 12 V or 24 V lights and supply, with power disconnected during wiring. Verify per-channel and total load ratings; the controller is not a mains input device and does not replace required permanent stair lighting.
