100:1 Passive Oscilloscope Probe Options
Extend a compatible oscilloscope setup with a 100:1 passive probe in the selected 100 MHz or 250 MHz version.
✅ Reduce the signal reaching the input - A 100:1 attenuation ratio provides the probe's signal-scaling arrangement for a matching scope.
✅ Choose the required bandwidth version - P4100 and P4250 selections offer different nominal frequency-response references.
✅ Connect through a BNC interface - The probe provides a BNC connection for an oscilloscope with matching input requirements.
Match the probe to the measurement
An oscilloscope probe is part of the complete measurement system, not just a lead. Select the right bandwidth and set the scope's probe factor so the displayed scale matches the attenuation.
Check the probe's actual voltage category, frequency derating, compensation range and grounding instructions before use. A passive probe is not an isolated differential probe, and a headline voltage figure does not establish suitability for every high-voltage measurement.
