The submersible format is designed to operate with water present. Flow decreases as lift increases, so match the pump to the intended pipework and head rather than relying on the maximum-flow figure alone.

Product details: Plastic pump with listed 1/2-inch male connections, up to 800L/h flow and up to 6m head. Choose the exact 12V or 24V DC version, bare-wire or plug connection and pipe option shown. Not self-priming; do not run dry or connect directly to mains power.
