Rattan Bread Proofing Basket with Liner Options

Support bread dough during its final rise with a rattan proofing basket available in round and oval options.

Support the shape of your dough while it rises

• ✅ Choose the shape of your loaf – Round and oval baskets support different dough shapes during proofing.
• ✅ Choose a surface finish – Use the basket's ridged interior for a lined pattern or the matching liner option for a smoother finish.
• ✅ Match the basket to your batch – The available sizes let you select a basket for the amount of dough you prepare.

Basket material: rattan. Select the required shape, size and package option. Separate tool and scraper options are also listed and do not represent a full basket set. Use the basket for proofing rather than baking in the oven.
