Black Observation Glasses, Solar Filter Compliance Unverified
Check the filter's verified suitability before selecting eyewear for a solar event. This plastic-framed pair has a compact folding format, but the available information does not establish that the filter is safe for direct solar viewing.
- ✅ Store a folding frame — The folding construction reduces the space required for storage.
- ✅ Check the frame size — Stated dimensions help assess the physical format.
- ✅ Choose a simple appearance — The black frame provides the offered finish.
Verified Filter Suitability Comes Before Viewing
The product description claims ISO 12312-2 compliance, but no verifiable test documentation is supplied here. The frame's appearance cannot establish the safety of its lenses.
Do not use this pair for direct observation of the Sun unless the actual filter and documentation have been independently verified as appropriate. It is not established as welding or laser-protection eyewear, and must not be used for those tasks.
