SCT013 Split-Core AC Current Sensor - Output Options

Add an AC current-sensing input to a correctly designed monitoring circuit. The SCT013 split-core selection offers different current ranges and voltage- or current-output versions.

Choose the Output Type Before the Controller Circuit

A current transformer needs to match the burden and measurement input as well as the load. Select the actual range and output type, then follow its installation and interface requirements.

This is for AC measurement around the appropriate single conductor, not a DC current sensor. The 100A/50mA version is not interchangeable with a 1V-output version. Have hazardous-circuit installation handled appropriately and never assume the sensor alone provides protective monitoring.
