Zigbee Soil Moisture Sensor for Zigbee2MQTT
Bring soil moisture readings into a compatible Home Assistant setup with this Zigbee sensor. The probe measures moisture in the soil, while the body also provides air temperature and humidity data to help you understand the conditions around your plants.
Use plant-condition readings in your Home Assistant setup
- ✅ Check soil moisture before watering. The probe reports a moisture value so you can consider the soil condition alongside your plant's needs.
- ✅ Bring readings into one system. Zigbee2MQTT integration makes the sensor data available to your compatible Home Assistant installation.
- ✅ Position the sensor without a power cable. Two replaceable AAA batteries power the unit beside your plant.
This selected version is for Zigbee2MQTT and Home Assistant, and requires a compatible Zigbee coordinator and configured system. It is not the Tuya app or Tuya Zigbee hub version. Insert the probe to its marked detection line so the sensing area contacts the soil.
The sensor supplies measurements rather than watering plants itself. Any irrigation controller, pump or automation equipment must be provided separately and configured in your system.

One sensor; batteries, Zigbee coordinator, phone, plants and irrigation equipment are not included.
