Drive a compatible two-phase stepper motor from pulse commands with a configurable TB6600-labelled driver.

Set the driver before starting the axis

A stepper motor needs a driver to switch current through its windings. This unit forms that stage between a suitable motion controller, DC supply and correctly matched motor.

Identify the winding pairs and configure current and microstepping with power disconnected. Confirm the actual input requirements and provide appropriate cooling; a peak current figure is not a continuous setting for every installation.
