Tuya Wi-Fi Methane Gas Alarm

Add a methane-detection point with a local alarm and supported app notifications. This mains-powered sensor connects to Tuya Smart or Smart Life through 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.

Install for the Gas and Conditions Specified

The specification identifies methane (CH4), with an alarm threshold of 7% LEL plus or minus 3% LEL. Do not assume the same detection behaviour for LPG, CO or every combustible gas.

Use the plug option and installation position required by the actual device instructions. Bluetooth assists network pairing; app alerts depend on Wi-Fi and internet access. A valve actuator is not included, and the detector does not itself shut a valve.
