Build a repeatable exposure arrangement

Photo-emulsion work depends on light reaching the prepared surface for the appropriate period. A fixed lamp position helps you repeat the arrangement while testing exposure for the chosen material.

Confirm the wavelength and coverage requirements of the emulsion or cyanotype process before purchase. Carry out exposure tests and provide appropriate UV shielding and eye/skin protection; more LEDs alone do not establish the correct exposure.
