Pair of Wireless RS485 Transceiver Modules
Link compatible RS485 devices without running the full signal cable between locations using a pair of wireless transceiver modules.
✅ Bridge a gap in the cable route - Each module converts RS485 data to radio and back at the other end.
✅ Set the link locally - DIP switches provide channel and baud-rate selections without a separate configuration application.
✅ Fit a shared-bus workflow - The modules support the described master/slave arrangement with one transmitter active at a time.
Carry the serial link across the gap
A wireless bridge can be useful where a long RS485 signal run is difficult to install. Connect a module at each end, provide suitable power and match the radio channel and serial settings for the connected devices.
The link carries the serial communication; it does not replace the device protocol or eliminate the need for compatible addressing. In a multi-device arrangement, coordinate transmission as you would on the supported shared bus.
Installation conditions affect radio performance. Select only a frequency and power permitted at the location, and assess interference and the actual route before relying on the link.
