The skiver is approximately 17 × 1.6 × 2 cm, with a 12 cm handle. Replacement blades are approximately 38 × 8 × 0.25 mm.

Intended for firmer leather edges and small areas. Soft leather and large-area thinning require other suitable skiving tools. Blade-only options contain no knife.
